Similkameen Citizens on Patrol

A registered non-profit society serving the south Okanagan-Similkameen communities of Keremeos, Cawston and Olalla. Our volunteers provide 'extra eyes and ears' to assist the R.C.M.P. community policing program.

	WHO WE ARE: Trained volunteers who provide 3-4 hours per month on patrol in our community.
	WHAT WE DO: observe - record - report
	TRAINING is provided according to provincial standards as recommended by the B.C. Citizens Patrol Network
	FUNDRAISING finances training seminars and purchase of new equipment.
	COMMUNITY EDUCATION programs are conducted in cooperation with the R.C.M.P., I.C.B.C. and B.C. Citizens Patrol Network.
